Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has beem confirmed.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit of $200 is required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

Policies
You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time
you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the
property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking
preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late
arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access
and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be
handled directly between you and the property.
